Robert Ryan

Robert is a Senior Inspector licensed and experienced in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and Northern Virginia areas. He has provided detailed inspections on homes ranging from brand new to 100+ years old. Robert is passionate about providing information to assist buyers with their purchases as well as proper maintenance during ownership. He has also assisted sellers analyze their properties to better position themselves during preparation of selling their homes. Trained by AHIT and InterNACHI, Robert has hundreds of hours of education and training to properly perform General Home, New Residential Construction, Commercial, Mold and Sewer Scope inspections.

Robert earned a B.S. in Wildlife Conservation and Management degree from Delaware Valley University in Bucks County, PA before finding profitable and successful employment in the construction and maintenance industry. Serving as a general contractor, plumber, water treatment technician, outdoor living space contractor and more, his skill set is well-rounded regarding the variety of aspects to many homes. Robert spends his leisure time hiking, gaming, caring for his many pets and spending time with his girlfriend. He also hosts gaming events at the local American Legion, where he is a member and volunteer.
