Nafez is a licensed Senior Inspector who delivers home, radon, and termite inspections. Over his years as an inspector, he has helped hundreds of homebuyers evaluate their prospective dream homes. Nafez is a member of InterNACHI, the country’s leading home inspector association, and is fluent in English and Arabic.
Prior to his career in home inspections, Nafez worked for over 20 years in the customer service area, including management of different types of business such as mail and courier delivery, restaurants, transportation, and language interpretation services. Nafez is recognized by superiors, peers, direct reports, and customers for strong leadership, and solid work ethic.
Born and raised in the Middle East, Nafez studied accounting in Bangalore and worked in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan; he immigrated to the US in the early 2000s.
