John Fritz

John is a versatile Senior Inspector with decades of experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as well as with carpentry, decks, and woodcraft. John pivoted to inspecting from an esteemed career in education, which means he’s particularly skilled in educating new home buyers about the most significant purchase in their lives. He especially enjoys helping new homeowners become acquainted with the demands and joys of home ownership and easing them through the process.

As a long-time resident of the greater Baltimore metropolitan area, John is especially familiar with areas north and east of Baltimore city, and has delivered inspections from Washington DC to Cecil County and into southern PA. As a hobbyist, John is adept at refurbishing vintage pinball machines and jukeboxes as well as restoring vintage vehicles and antique furniture.
