John is a seasoned senior inspector, having delivered over 2,000 home inspections. A retired A Class builder, he also has a background in commercial real estate lending. John personally renovated/restored a 156-year-old Victorian home outside of Philadelphia and loves old houses as well as new construction. John and his wife, Paula, reside in Ashburn, VA where his daughter is a high-level high school volleyball player. John is also a former member of the highly competitive US National Rugby Team.
