Gordon Moore

Gordon has more than forty years of commercial and residential inspection experience. His broad-based experience has included roles as an architect, a designer/builder, a HUD 203k loan consultant, a graphic arts director, and FAA Chief Flight Instructor of a university flight training program.

Gordon is a creative problem-solver with strong analytical, organizational, and solid construction solutions and is highly regarded among his client base. Regardless of the scope of the project, he is highly capable of reducing the level of anxiety that is often met by each party involved in the inspection process. He has a proven ability to communicate his knowledge effectively whether working directly with customers, interpreting construction decisions, or working with government agencies. Gordon brings a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service that one would expect during the inspection process.

His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Project Management from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada, a Bachelor of Science in Aviation from LeTourneau University, Longview TX. Gordon holds an Airline Transport Pilot license and is an instructor. Gordon resides in Raleigh NC with his wife and family
