Erin is a licensed Senior Inspector serving the greater Raleigh area, bringing a unique blend of technical hands-on experience and elite communication skills to every inspection. Originally from Vermont, Erin’s appreciation for how things are built stems from a background in farming, construction, and extensive renovation projects, alongside hands-on volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity.

Erin holds a Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University; she operated a successful private practice for many years before transitioning to the inspection field. Erin understands that buying or selling a home can be a high-stress life transition. She brings that same deep empathy, active listening, and calm, grounding presence to her inspection clients. Erin excels at breaking down complex property findings into clear, manageable concepts, ensuring every client receives thorough, objective details delivered with the absolute clarity and peace of mind they need for their next step.
