Eric has delivered over 7,000 home inspections since 2001; he serves northern VA, DC and Maryland. Construction experience and residential remodeling, having been taught by his father since he was a child. Eric is bi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish, with a parent hailing from Colombia in South America. Eric is a member of the medical interpretation community, helping families understand their medical needs through open communication between doctor and patient. Eric lives in Northern VA with his companion Rocky, the Beagle. Eric enjoys carpentry and rock sculpting in his spare time.
