David is a licensed Senior Inspector and Team Lead who has delivered thousands of home inspections across the Maryland and DMV market. A member of InterNACHI, he focuses on clear, plain-language findings so buyers understand what’s working, what needs attention, and how to maintain the home after closing. Before inspecting, David managed hundreds of residential properties for a large property management firm, giving him practical experience with the systems and maintenance issues common in the region.
His interest in homes started early, helping his father with building and renovation projects. He is a graduate of Towson University with a degree in Electronic Media and Film.
Outside of inspections, David writes fiction and enjoys science fiction and fantasy films.
