David is a licensed Senior Inspector who has delivered thousands of home inspections to happy clients. David is a member of InterNACHI, the leading home inspector association. David enjoys teaching homebuyers how systems work and how to maintain their homes for long-term value. David is a graduate of Towson University.
Prior to becoming a home inspector, David was a property manager for a large property management firm; David was responsible for managing hundreds of homes across the DMV. David’s interest in homes and construction started when he helped his Dad with building and renovation projects around the house.
In his spare time, David is a writer who enjoys writing about fictional worlds. David also enjoys analyzing movies, especially science fiction and fantasy. David graduated from Towson with a degree in Electronic Media and Film.
