CJ is a licensed Senior Inspector with five+ years serving the Greater Baltimore Real Estate market. CJ has delivered thousands of inspections of all types throughout the buying and selling process. CJ has the experience, knowledge, and on-site demeanor to help buyers understand their home systems and feel confident in their buying decision. As a certified inspector of InterNACHI and AHIT, the country’s two preeminent national home inspection associations, CJ regularly completes ongoing education to ensure he is up-to-date on technical issues.
Before becoming a home inspector, CJ worked in home renovation/construction. CJ earned his BA, Marketing and Public Relations. from Salisbury University.
CJ enjoys playing guitar and hanging out with his two dogs. CJ also regularly competes as an Axe Thrower. He loves cooking, spending time with friends, and painting.
