Termites and other wood-destroying insects may hide while eating the foundation of your home. When the damage is done, repairs can cost thousands of dollars. We inspect the interior and exterior of the home for evidence of wood-destroying insects and organisms and provide you with a detailed inspection report, including recommendations if we identify issues.

Radon is an odorless, invisible, radioactive gas naturally released from rocks, soil, and water around and under your home. Radon can get into homes through small cracks or holes and build up in the air. Over time, breathing in high levels of radon can cause lung cancer. We activate RadonEye Pro devices in the home for 48+ hours and provide you with detailed results and proposed mitigation if radon levels are too high.

Our Indoor Air Quality (Mold) assessment gives you important information about the types and quantities of contaminants present in your home, as well as an evaluation of areas of concern that may contribute to poor indoor air quality. Many factors, including molds, dander, and other irritants may impact your home’s indoor air quality, particularly for occupants who may be immune-compromised, e.g., individuals with respiratory issues, allergies, asthma, etc.

Yes. We conduct Walk and Talks to help buyers have the confidence to make an informed decision, typically in advance of a making an offer on a property. A Walk and Talk may also be referred to as a “pre-inspection.” Walk and Talks are similar to our standard home inspection except that the inspection time slot is usually shorter and there’s no report delivered. You and your agent can take notes and video while our inspector evaluates issues in the home.
